Description

There are three issues near this address. 1. Pedestrian sign directly in front of 711 W. Shiawassee has a penis sprayed on it.
2. Pedestrian sign at the corner of Sycamore and Shiawassee also has a penis sprayed on it.
3. Sycamore street sign is blacked out with spray paint on the corner of Sycamore and Shiawassee on the North corner facing west. You cannot read the street name in that direction.
Please note that the area was hit by vandals last night. They also took a neighbor's yard refuse bags and spread them in the center of Shiawassee street blocking traffic (about 10 of them) both lanes, those have been moved.
