Our sincere apologies for the lack of response and I hope you were able to find your cats! This web service was set up without the knowledge or approval of our organization and we were never informed that residents would have the ability to report issues through this platform. Since we did not know this site existed, no one has been monitoring this for requests or inquiries. I apologize for this inconvenience. The Town of Glastonbury does have its own Service Request system available at www.glastonbury-ct.gov/citizenrequest. Here you can submit anything from a pothole report to a fallen tree, and you actually have the ability to receive updates as we work to resolve your issue. For concerns like a missing pet though, I would also encourage you to share with the Town and Police Facebook pages so we can help get the word out in the local community. I personally monitor the town's facebook page and would be happy to share such news in the future to help you find your pets. I'd invite you to use either of those platforms in the future so that the we can respond promptly. Thanks very much for your request and we hope you find our request system helpful in the future.
