Description
Almost the entire east side of MLK from 30th Avenue S to Highland Avenue is overgrown, much of it either on the ROW and/or growing into the roadway. It has been this way all summer and just gets worse with every rain. There are a few patches where the ROW and curb have been cleaned but otherwise the overgrowth is nearly continuous for more than 10 blocks. Have any cases been opened against these people who don't maintain their property?
