At the corner of 24th & Madison Sts near Sandelands St there's a constant crowd of thug looking, rowdy & disrespectful drug dealers in the streets from mid day until 3-4 am disturbing the law abiding residents and homeowners who can't afford to relocate. They curse, throw trash on our properties and block the street while traffic is trying to come through. It appears the police are their friends as they ocassionally ride through but nothing is done. It's a helpless situation and not fair to the tax paying residents who take pride in the homes and properties. The residents are being held hostage in their homes as it's no longer safe to sit outside on your porches or stand on your own lawns.
