How about all the walkers, runners, dog walkers acting like the road is their personal hiking trail! Watch how fast someone would call the police if we drove our cars on the sidewalk! And YES I agree rolling stops are a major issue everywhere! Every time I drive by the police station there are three patrol cars sitting in the parking spots. A lot of times I see one patrol car sitting in the alley/parking lot by the train station doing ???what???
