Pipe was recently sprayed green w paint by City. Due to the size of tree stump & location of pipe this will be disturbed/destroyed. Trying to anticipate the consequences.

6/5/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the green paint being sprayed in vicinity of the stump to be removed helps to protect the Sewer and Drainage lines from being damaged or destroyed during the stump removal process. The painted markings should make the contractor aware of the of the piping so the piping "will not" be damaged during removal process.
