There should be at least 1 or 2 stop lights added to this road, where the entrance is to Home Goods and TJ Maxx would be the best spot. People do not slow down coming off 95 and it makes it near impossible to get onto the road from the many plaza's and storefronts. They added two lights to the Home Depot side and it worked great. I would put a second light right there 95 exit ramp and the decline in the road meet similar to the other side. 95 has plenty of room already for slow downs at a light as it is hard to look up and back for oncoming traffic.
