The entire York Rd/Burke Ave intersection is dotted with potholes, drops in the road surface, and broken asphalt. The problem extends beyond the intersection onto both roads. This is a very heavily traveled intersection with cars, bikes, and pedestrians as Towson University is on this corner as is a Starbucks location.
