Neighbors have complained for a long time about this property. Nothing has changed since this was posted. Do-nothings in city hall allow these conditions to continue, harming property values and putting neighbors at risk. Maybe we should fix the place up, but then the city might sue us!

Perhaps this property is now officially considered a "ruin" and may have some sort of historical status (like the Acropolis), therefore the city can NOT force the owner to repair it? Or maybe the scofflaw owners are still being aided and abetted by our stellar public servants. I suspect the latter...

L&I just slapped a big pink notice on the building stating it's a blighting influence (duh!). Maybe the owners will now take responsibility. It's a shame people have to be injured and killed before any action is taken on properties like this.

Bright pink notice has faded to a pale salmon. Other than that there are no changes.

L&I notice is barely readable now and will soon peel off the building. Let's hope something gets done before the structural cracks cause a real disaster. Ohhh...who-am-I kidding?!?! Nothing's gonna get done -- this is Philly where eyesore properties help maintain our rep as "Filthydelphia"!

well, for what it's worth, the taxes on this place should shoot up starting next year, which might inspire the landlord to finally sell it off...

No changes, but at least it hasn't killed anyone....yet...

House now has a for sale sign. Hopefully it sells & then problem solved!

House has been sold and is in the process of rehab now. HOORAY!
