Description
this hill is horrible in the winter time, Even when you drive 5 miles an hour, at the bottom you slide into the stop light. I am not sure what is more dangerous, sand on the road, ice, or snow, the both cause the same effect.

Is there adequate warnings for vehicles?
Is this a city road? Would you mind creating a watch area for the city of Naugatuck?

I feel the same thing, I live off of osborn road, and the hill is terrifying, I am so scared to drive early in the morning on a snowy or icey day because I feel like I could be killed. Once my car got stuck trying to go home, it didn't want to go up the hill, and I drive an all wheel drive car with snow tires.
It's one of the most dangerous hills to live on.
