Description

The properties at 1232 and 1236 Cottage Pl. NW have become a dumping ground for debris in the back yards. Lots are overgrown, rats are in the yard. A tree has come down and is laying on a hill, neighbors are concerned that it will roll. Have been trying to get these lots cleaned up for four years.
