Still not solved. I have been offered wood to board it up but I fear the floor, at least of the porch, will not hold. It should be professionally done.

no longer has squatters. should be torn down. i am cutting the grass and trimming the bushes and hedge. one tree on the property is dying and threatens my back yard and fence.

still standing open. no squatters. has been marked for asbestos removal. two years ago i was given the useless suggestion that someone could supply plywood to board it up. i said come and do it because i refuse. the floor is giving away. if i go in and fall through and nobody is around i could die. so thanks for your useless suggestions. how about some action?

still standing and open.991 days since i listed it, which was a couple years after it became vacant. so how was downtown and midtown doing five years ago? i don't want to have to go and get some white hipsters to promise to live here in order to get the work done. i don't want to live next to them. but what else works?

still vacant. no squatters. with the closing of krogers, chase bank, ace hardware and the pizza shop, alll at telegraph and w chicago, the neighborhood is being abandoned.
