Description

New Haven seems to be making strides toward more bike use, but we still need to make more resources easily accessible. For example, according to the link below, residents need to schedule a bulk trash pick up in person at DPW.

This imposes a barrier to those who do not have cars. An on-line system would save all residents time, but especially those that reply on bikes or public transit.

Also, an on-line system would allow those who work during DPW hours to schedule a bulk trash pick up without taking off from work.
