The Dept. of Public Works was out here on 9/11 to talk to the owner of this resident about the constant drainage coming from his property and has for the last 3 1/2 years. It has been determined that this is not a leak nor sewer water. Right now at 6:30 pm the water is gushing out from the drain creating a good sized puddle, leaving a flow of water down the street. When is this very suspicious waste of water going to be resolved and how many tons of water have been taken?
