. Directly infront of my door stands a very large, old chestnut tree. It has given me nothing but problems since I moved her in April. Too start there is about 10 squirrels that live in the tree. I have already called and repaired 5 holes in the roof .They make holes and then start to make nest in my attick. My children are scared and quite frankly I am too. I am scared that they will get into the house where i have children and a newborn. Secondly the amount of nuts that fall is terrible. We are constantly sweeping because they get dragged into the house and our car making a mess. Also we do not have a driveway so with limited parking we are forced to park there. Because of this I now have dents in the roof of my leased car from the squirrels shaking the branches and making the nuts come crashing down. And finally I had to have an exterminator come because my indoor cat infested to house with fleas. She doesn't go outside. The man told me that the squirrels carry fleas and might be falling on to us people and then infesting the cat. Please help.
