A letter was drafted to the current residents to advise them to take their garbage/recycling cans off the street and curb per ordinance. Follow ups shall be conducted to check on the status of the complaint. The garbage cans were off the street after I drove out when the complaint was given to our office.

I entered earlier that I sent a letter advising the residents concerning this complaint. I will be checking to see if cans are put away after collections.
