The city say it’s illegal to do this but the home owner say since she’s disabled the police say it’s ok. It’s very difficult with parking so I can understand why she do it but she have a drive way next to the house where she can park. It’s not ok to block the parking hours every day so people who come to visit restaurants etc in the area can’t park.
