It's chaotic, out of control, unlawful, and undemocratic. They're like a loud swarm of fascist bullies who apparently cannot be silenced or stopped.

This happens almost always on weekends. Casual intermittent police patrols would surely help.

He will respond to emails and calls. If you report a known ATV or dirt bike location to him, he will investigate and confiscate the machines.
