the biggest pile of trash i have ever seen in W Oakland - strewn out into the middle of the street where it is a driving hazard, all the way from San Pablo to Market St on 28th St

Ms. McElhaney needs to step down. The news media needs to do a story on the illegal dumping and homeless encampments in W Oakland. This is outrageous and I'm ashamed of living in Oakland.

it has been cleaned up and much faster than usual - I think the fact that it definitely presented a driving hazard expedited this clean up
