Well over a month, and no movement whatsoever.

So whose responsibility is this, and when will anybody do something about it?

It's been 2-1/2 months now. Will anybody ever take responsibility for this?

How long can it take, and how much can it cost, to purchase a can of silver paint and a brush? How much work can it be?

It's been more than six months, and it's not getting any better.

Does Code Enforcement actually exist?

So this was referred to Code Enforcement three times on the same day? Was it ever referred to the responsible property owners?

640 is a gang tag - removing this is long overdue.

It's been eight months now - is this really such a complex issue?

It's been more than a year now, and there is additional graffiti. Anybody wanna take responsibility?

It's getting worse rather than better! This is a slum retirement facility that, if it ignores its inmates as much as it does the property, should be investigated.

Can't PWA just buy a can of silver spray paint and do the work themselves?

How about being a good neighbor, buy a can of silver paint and clean it up, then leave the can for the owner the next time it happens.

Why shouldn't the property owner take care of his property? Why has there been no response in nearly a year?

Public Works isn't going to ever do anything about this since it is private property. Have you called or emailed Code Enforcement? I had a similar issue recently and found Code Enforcement to be pretty helpful.

"Code Enforcement" is a fictitious entity that PWD invokes whenever it gets tired of hearing about issues that they prefer to ignore.

So, "Code Enforcement," such complex problems take more than two years to solve?
