Darby Township was called twice regarding this residence's trash being thrown out their kitchen window and how they don't put it in containers. When they do put it in containers, it over-flows without lids and they don't put it across the driveway on trash days (not put out 7/17 or 7/20). The local rodent rats and mice will take care of it, since they ignore warnings from township officials.
