Description
The street lights on the west side of Saginaw and north of Montcalm are not operational. These lights illuminate an area that is heavily used by tractor-trailers operated by both the United States Postal Service Michigan Metroplex and General Motors facilities daily. These lights also illuminate inbound/outbound intersections to these facilities and presents an unsafe condition increasing the potential for tractor-trailer collision.
