Description

Playground located on the corner of Hegenberger road and International Blvd. There is never children in that playground because there are alway vagrants, homeless and drug user loitering and sleeping in that playground. It's disgusting to see trash human wares smell of urine as you walk past this area. Either clean this area up and restrict the area for families only or dismantle the playground and remove it completely.
