12-10-12: this issue was never attended to

A pot hole growing deeper and deeper every week. I almost broke a wheel on it this morning. I also find it is causing drivers to swerve into the other lane, with the potential of causing accidents.

there are at least three different reports about this pothole and yet no action. It is dangerous and must be fixed.

The service request is probably for the first hole. Which was "fixed" and now is back again. SERIOUSLY THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Cars will be damaged, bicyclists injured.
