This is for the main purpose of Law Enforcement to monitor criminal and suspicious activity throughout the City, as it is occurring. The pole camera in question, may be in fact the property of American Traffic Solutions. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-866-790-4111, in order to report this concern for further review and action. Also, the local office for ATS is located at: 200 Dick Street, Suite #200-A, Fayetteville, NC 28301. The operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m,. (except on holidays)

This is not a traffic camera. This is the police camera and everyone who has a business on Hay Street knows it is not working. It is not that discreet!

Please resend to the Police or whoever can get this camera back in operating order!

The camera at Hay Street and Ray Avenue was not moving previously, but has since been fixed.
