Q. Please describe the issue
A. Flooding/icing at the corner of Medford St & Broadway. There is a legally blind person, one that uses a walker, & a wheelchaired person who must go onto the B'way traffic in order to cross because the intersection is impassable on foot. After rain, the corner is at least ankle-deep with water or glare ice in winter. It is dangerous for even the able-bodied.
