Description
There is another hole in the fence on the school street side of Curt Flood field. Sadly it is adjacent to the recent repair of the last hole in the fence which took over a half year before anyone responded to my report to fix it. Please don't leave this hole for the entire school year before someone repairs it

Hey there neighbor,
Sorry the hole in the fence causes you distress. Personally, I use the hole in the fence since there is no other access within a reasonable distance to public space to play in a field, or play basketball, or throw the ball with your dog. The field is a really nice public space for the community, and the people who are using it seem to be conscientious. Is there a way we could keep access open (without having to reserve the field as that is not accessible to everyone, or always feasible) while addressing your concerns?

I understand what it's supposed to be. It is publicly owned and maintained, so why shouldn't all residents have access to the space? We're paying for it. I hope you understand that access to public space, and having a place to play, is a class issue. http://activelivingresearch.org/neighborhood-race-poverty-and-access-parks-and-green-space
I'm personally excited that people are craving a space to play so badly, they'll break the rules. Let's work together to make a better neighborhood.
