Thank you. My neighbor resides at 2142 Burlington Ave. I agree he should be fined. He is hardly maintaining his property and rental, does not cut grass in alley or take control of overgrowth and now, the dumping.

Hi, is there an update on this please? 10 days later the tree trunk/roots is still by the trash. It is not that big, but I cannot lift it to put in the garbage bin. Please help.
