I don't travel that area too much since our move to a different living area and our retiring. We stay home a lot because of traffic, no A/C or no heater. I did go along the South 1st street bridge recently though and was surprised to see how dirty the majority of the lamps were!!! It's a shame that to have dirty lamps so close to Christmas. So many people will be walking all over downtown and they will see how unkempt our lighting is. A lot of bridges need to be cleaned also due to rain runoff.Please beautify our Austin so we will be proud!!
