The sign is gone but the stand is sill there.

It would be nice to hear from DCDOT wht this sign is still there. First it's in the wrong Place by the time you reach virginia ave you've committed to a route making it possible to avoid the non existent traffic advisory. The more logical place is the NE corner of 23rd and Constitution ave
