Why was only that one taken care of, i see there are two that needs attention. FILL THEM , not just putting a barrel over them works..

Kingston roads are terrible due to all the pot holes. Cold patch is only a temporary fix and it seems that Kingston doesn't want to put forth the effort to actually fix any pot holes once the weather warms up. Every winter the same pot holes appear and year after year they get worse.
