This steel plate has been causing noise disturbance for several months and needs to be repaired so it is flush with street level. PLEASE FIX!

WHY IS THIS ISSUE CLOSED, THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS!!!!

I have reported this at least 10 times thru 311. They close it every time but don't fix it.

The steel plate that has been in place for SEVERAL months is raised (similar to a speed hump) causing trucks to speed over this high traffic area causing extremely loud noises at all hours of the day/night. This problem can be fixed in a matter of hours if the steel plate is made flush with the street. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS ITEM AND FIX IT APPROPRIATELY.

It looks like it was reopened but did not get assigned a tracking number. you should report it again if you still need a fix.
