We took an alternate (longer) route back to Uptown from the Warehouse District last night to avoid this stretch of road. Pretty ridiculous.

The city was out there filling these potholes today!

Crews were out working on them today.

despite seeing crews on this road once a couple of weeks ago, the problem is WORSE THAN BEFORE. i have to take this road to work and its going to make me cry!

Despite crews working on this stretch...it's still pretty horrible.

No the problem has not been fixed. Had a glimmer of hope when I was in contact with NCDOT but all for not. Just paid another year of taxes and foresee major automobile repairs. I feel like we (residents) are being ignored. I see unnecessary work being done to other roads in OUR county just to keep getting a certain amount of gov. funding, lord knows we (residents) could use some help. we do not expect a curb n gutter street just a minimal standard road. The road is a safety hazard when bad.
