Description

There is a street lamp that is blinking on and off during the evening around this location. The nearby transformer is making an unusual buzzing soun, which may be unrelated but perhaps more serious.

If this is a decorative street lamp, we will take care of it. If it is a street light on a utility pole, it is National Grid's responsibility. For reference, the number to call to report street light issues is 800-322-3223

I am not a Nantucket resident. I think this is a public safety issue and that the Town should assist in contacting National Grid since presumably you have direct contacts and can reach them better than I can. I just tried. I waded through numerous menus only to find that they are closed on Saturday.
