Description

Intersection at Howard and Main Street is a nightmare since the timing changes to the traffic light. I was crossing Main Street from Howard Street to enter the Village Park Shopping Center. Drivers heading South on Main Street enter the intersection knowing the can not go then block Howard Street traffic. If they are not going to change the signal timing the please paint the intersection as a box and start ticketing people who do this.
