Our maintenance staff here at the City of Eagan does not currently use this application to take service requests from citizens. Although you can report an issue while in Eagan, this application's intended use is for the citizens of Minneapolis. Our staff does not monitor this application nor are we notified of an issue posted within Eagan, therefor a request for service through this platform will likely go unseen by staff. If you would like to submit a request for service in the City of Eagan, please call our Central Maintenance Facility at '651-675-5300' as this is the best way to bring the issue to the attention of the necessary staff.
