After South Street (in the North-End, The Village of Ballston Spa) was repaved a number of years back and redone a few years ago following some type of extensive excavation work that tore up the length of South Street, the village or Town of Milton never raised the storm drain covers back to street heigth. Serious damage can be done to vehicles and more importantly to kids riding bicycles after hitting one of these holes.
