A. Sidewalk was changed by homeowner from concrete to uneven shiny tile that is slippery every time it rains thus making a hazard to pedestrians. Also, there is an unsecured electrical cord running across the sidewalk from the front door to an electric car parked in front which creates a tripping hazard.
