On 6/21/12 ZEO drove by 11 St. James. At 4?14 PM one truck was in driveway.

Tree does not appear to be a zoing violation.

Just looking thru these and notice that complaint was on St. THOMAS St and your picture was taken on St. JAMES.

10/01/12 - This property is zoned R-33 (residential). ZEO drove by this location twice. First time was mid afternoon. Saw the tree but did not see any vehicles in driveway. Second drive by was at 9:00 PM on Sept. 24. There were two cars and a small pickupup truck in the driveway. Another vehicle was parked on the road. Zoning does not enforce a specific number of registered vehicles on a residential property. Also, there is no zoning regulation to deal with this tree. It did not appear to be a town street tree. V.
