Yes have permission. I put trash out every 2 wks sometimes because I don't have much since I recycle. They had to see it because it's in plain site. They normally pick it up when they do oak st. Sometimes if missed then when the do 4th ave later in the day.
I went out there 3 tines after I saw them pass by and nothing. So I called city hall and no call back yet. People looked different but there's no excuse for this this. Recycle only emptied half of recycle bin. Getting frustrated with these people.
