Description

First of all my water was turned off for 145.00 which is absolutely ridiculous! I was told that it was turned off from a prior bill in September; this is October! there was 145.00 left over from the balance. I'm told that they were suppose to turn it off in September but could not due to a broken valve. So they fixed the valve I suppose yesterday and turned the water off which is ludicrous! I have never heard of such crap in my life! Secondly the crew left a pile of dirt at least 3 feet high on my front lawn. In calling in I am told that if it is not taken care of today it will be done on Monday 10/18/15. This is completely unacceptable to me and this issue needs to be take care of as soon as possible. Its disgusting the way that the city conducts business
