Description
Illegal hotel in a residental neighborhood. Owner has advertised the property as entire home or apartment, 2 days minimum, sleeps 6. That's 90 "guests" a month at full capacity. What happened to the ordinance prohibiting rentals of less than 30 days, no more than 3 times a year?
