Description

Holes in sidewalk

The glass light wells from the early 1900's that illuminate the sub-sidewalk basements are missing in several locations creating 4" diameter holes that, essentially, have no bottom (15+ feet to the basement floor). Any pedestrian with tall heels who steps into one of these will have a painful (at the very least) experience
