Description

Had plumber out to fix stopped up drain. He stated" Snaked 50 feet from 4" C/O to clear stoppage. Pulled palm tree roots from sewer. Problem is right at city tap"

Is there any update on this issue? I have not been contacted by anyone and it has been months. I don't want to have to pay a plumber again if this is a city issue.
