I used my MTA unlimited metrocard for one ride on the subway. When arriving at the tram station for the free transfer,
It keeps rejecting the card. The station attendant named Barry is incredibly unhelpful and speaking to me in a rude and condescending manner. I have been taking the tram every day for the past two years and never had this issue. Please resolve the issue.
