this property is a disgrace to my neighborhood! the metal, the rats, the junk, the trash up and down the side walks, the weeds growing from the sidewalks, the owner blocking his driveway then having a neighboring officer write people tickets when they do it. you can't even tell where the driveway is because its full of trash! make them clean it up!
