Description

The light at the intersection is too short for the kids to cross ryan road . They make it have way through the intersection and the crossing light is blinking red already. It allows the traffic on Ryan road to go for too long and then a very short time for people to make a turn on ryan or for kids to cross ryan road. It needs also a turning light to make a left hand turn on to ryan from Bart. The drivers are mad because after the kids cross there is no time to turn on to ryan. This light needs to be re-timed. It is going to get a kid hit by a car.
