Description

The timing of the light going N-S on Lowell at 136th Ave has been reduced to 15 seconds, compared to about 60 going E-W on 136th. This is causing significant backups for the cars traveling on Lowell during the rush hours, as about 4-5 cars can get through each light cycle.
