I just check and that same site at the corner of Swan St. and Industrial Ave. is full of trash again. This is an ongoing issue. As soon as it is cleaned up, someone else dumps more stuff down there. Maybe posting a no dumping sign along with a sign stating that anyone caught dumping will be fined. might.

I missed that this issue was already submitted and submitted it too. some thing needs to be done here. this location is worthy of real cameras at this point, but even a fake camera would deter some of this dumping. it is non-stop, and something really needs to be done ASAP.
