Sharraxaadda

The Old Church School has broken and open windows all over, making it a haven for flying foul and animals and insects that can crawl into them. It is an eyesore, and a public nuisance because of the poor maintenance.

The city has a responsability to tighten up the building so that it attracts no more vermin.
